It does not matter what time of day we eat carbohydrates, but we rather need to pay attention to the amount of carbohydrates consumed daily and the total number of calories in your diet 🍲   This myth is based on the mistaken belief that if carbohydrates are consumed before bedtime, they are more likely to turn into fat in the absence of subsequent physical activity. In fact, consuming energy while sleeping is not much different from any other sedentary activity that can be done during the day. In addition, dinner, which also includes carbohydrates, promotes nighttime rest by stimulating the production of serotonin, the hormone of happiness.   A low-carb diet promotes weight loss - FALSE. ⏬ A balanced diet that helps maintain health should provide sufficient carbohydrates, with a predominance of complex and whole carbohydrates. According to the major scientific nutrition communities, carbohydrates should make up at least 50-55% of the calories consumed.   So the main thing to remember is: there has to be a balance in every aspect of life!
