Seriously, gonna miss this door.. š„ And just like that, iām closing this chapter. How to say goodbye to a place you considered home for 13 years? My āsingleā condo home! Itās not perfect, actually it has the worst elevator in the whole Salcedo Village, but it has Unit 702! Oohh If only these walls could talk (...but scratch that, weāre moving forward š¤..) I got this at first because itās practically 2 minutes drive to work, all for the career move, my dream job, but turned out more than I could ever hoped for.. itās the place we fall in love, then broke up, place where I muddled through my late 20s, hosted many, MANY crazy drunken parties, videoke nights, then became a boring tita, fall in love again, got engaged + married, laughed, learned & became parents. Started living this place with my sister, then with my nephew, then down to being the crazy, old-maid lady living with 2 persian cats (Glutonny & Pride), my shih tzu (Vain) & my siberian dog (Covet) (literally, a zoo!) Then, to living alone the most part, till finally, living my dreams with my little girl, my own family. Sometimes you thought would be the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life.. Iām leaving here today much stronger than I was going in.
