REJECTED by my Fiancé 😂👉🏼 Every time I would travel to LA (before I moved there) I would send Harry a message. 📩 Harry is born and raised in Los Angeles so I would ask him where to eat or where to go while in town. 👉🏼 After he would give me the most amazing recommendations (he is a human Yelp! Lol) I would ask if he wanted to meet up or join me and my friends! ☺️ He would always decline and say he was busy or had plans. 😂🙏🏼 👉🏼 The last time I was out in California with my sister and our friend Sam before I moved out there, after declining to join us for dinner, he invited us to meet him and his friends out afterward. ❤️ At the time I didn’t think anything of it because I had only met him in person a handful of times and just thought of him as someone I knew through mutual friends. 💓 All it took was that one night to know I could never live in a world that didn’t have Harry in it. I laughed harder than I ever thought possible, couldn’t stop smiling and couldn’t believe what an amazing person he was. Our wedding weekend is finally here!! 😱😭💍 A few things have gone wrong: I sent all of our guest placement cards to my old address in California and I realized a strap from my wedding shoe has gone missing 😂 ... but the truth is none of it really matters because this weekend is going to be incredible and more importantly I get to marry my best friend!! 🙏🏼 Today I wanted to stop, stretch and take it all in. I bought this outfit from Zella @Nordstrom when I was shopping for wedding gifts and this was a little gift for myself. Feeling stressed out today!?! 🤯Swipe left for a relaxing stretching and breathing video!!! ➡️➡️➡️ To keep calm this week, with my wedding coming up on Sunday and getting all of my tasks done, I am taking time to breathe and stretch!! 😍 After doing these exercises today I felt so relaxed and wanted to share them with you!!: 1️⃣ Start with seated stretches for your neck, shoulders and arms. I hold so much tension in my neck/shoulders that it feels so good to gently stretch it out! I held each stretch here about 15-30 seconds. 2️⃣ Come to standing and go into a wide forward fold twist stretch and then a wide forward fold stretch. Letting the blood flow rush to your head can instantly calm you down and clear your mind. I love these two poses! 3️⃣ Next I transitioned into eagle pose. This stretch is relaxing for two reasons: 1) it can help stretch knots in your back 2) it takes intense focus to balance so it keeps your mind off of what’s stressing you out! 4️⃣ Next I do a seated forward fold before heading into my wall series. I love to hold this for about a minute! 5️⃣ I love practicing pigeon up on the wall! I did each side for 45 seconds. Now depending on where you’re at with timing, spend the rest of your time with your legs up the wall taking deep inhales and exhales. It’s officially our wedding week!!! 😱😱💍 I know things are going to get crazy this week but I feel surprisingly calm right now (😂). I’ve been hurt but I’ve also been loved. I’ve failed many times but I’ve also have had success. I’ve cried so hard there were no tears left, but I’ve also laughed so hard my stomach hurt. I’ve been weak but I’ve also been strong. I’ve had days where I can’t get out of bed, but I’ve also had days where I feel so alive. 👉🏼Life isn’t perfect.
