Some essentials that I always have in the kitchen: apple cider vinegar, fruit and veggie wash, and virgin coconut oil! Day 3 of @alderjakarta ‘s 7 day chakra series and I’m already feeling more centered and confident to try new asanas ✨ I started doing yoga at the end of September 2019 after googling “how to heal from a break up” 😂 and since then yoga and meditation has been such a big part of my life. Big thanks to @alderjakarta for being a part of my journey towards mindfulness. Can’t wait to see how I progress by the end of the 7 days 🙏✨ #namaslay

Mini hair update! I know i promised a video but i swear it’s OTW 😅 But first, let’s do a #Throwback to my @nusantics photoshoot. Some of you guys noticed that my hair was styled with heat that day and was curious to how that affected my #noshampoo journey. Of course my ideal shoot would be to keep my hair totally natural and wear only vegan and cruelty-free makeup and that does happen sometimes! Thankfully I do work with conscious brands, such as Nusantics, who understand and also support my lifestyle. So in this instance, my hair was styled with very low heat and they made sure there was no product (hair spray, gel, etc) going into my hair. So far I don’t notice any lasting changes or damage done to my hair after these shoots so I suppose styling your hair with very little heat once in a while won’t hinder your #noshampoo journey 🤗 Oh and sidenote (since i brought up makeup). I always request for vegan and cruelty-free makeup for shoots and most brands are suuuper suuuper accomodating and understanding! In the off chance that the makeup artist doesnt have vegan/cruelty-free makeup i will bring my own or in the off off chance i don’t have what they need we will use what’s there. Although I’m radically against animal testing, I also don’t expect the artist to go out and buy new makeup for a shoot, nor do I want the expense of buying new makeup that I most likely won’t use again 😅 i’m just doin my best guys!
