Today weāre talking about INCREASING MORNING PRODUCTIVITY!š„We all have those days where we wake up feeling blahšHere are my favorite tips to jump start morning productivity!
š1. Make your bed! This simple task will help you feel like youāve already accomplished something and motivate you to keep going.
š§”2. Change out of your pajamas! Changing out of your pajamas will help you to be productive Ā (especially if you are working from home)Ā full outfit @aloyoga
ā¤ļø3. Hydrate as always!!
š4. FOOD IS FUEL. Eating a healthy breakfast is important to give your body the energy it needs to focus and stay on track throughout the day. Make sure you are listening to your body!
š5. Write down your to dos! Itās easy to feel overwhelmed by a big load of work - so break it up into manageable chunks and identify the top 3-5 things you want to finish by the end of the day!
š6. Move! Even 5 minutes of stretching will help get your blood flowing and jumpstart your morning, helps increase energy and happinessĀ
