I think you need to “wrap” things up. When it comes to plant based cooking I think a good sauce/dressing comes along way. This turmeric bliss dressing was on point. My mother hates turmeric, but didn’t realize she was eating it here. Aside from the sauce these lovely wraps are filled with the works a recipe you definitely need to check out. For anyone struggling eating enough protein and all other micro and macro nutrients this recipe is sure perfect for that. 🙆🏻‍♂️ . . Serving: Makes about 20 wraps. Ingredients Wraps Purple collard kale, cabbage, and chard. The works 3 cups of cooked black lentils 1/4 of a grapefruit juiced 1 cup of shredded carrots 2 tsp of garlic powder 1 tbsp of smoked paprika 1 tbsp of cumin 2 tsp of Himalayan salt 1 tsp of black pepper 1 tbsp of avocado oil 1/2 a cup of chopped fennel stock and leaves 1 cup of chopped fennel bulb 2 cups of chopped boiled sweet potatoes 1 1/2 cups of chopped boiled beets . . Turmeric Bliss Dressing 2 tbsp of lemon juice 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp of maple syrup 1/4 of a cup of almond butter 1/2 a tsp of black pepper 1 tsp of Himalayan salt 1 tbsp of turmeric powder 4 tbsp of water Pinch Cayenne . . Directions The Works: Boil sweet potatoes(2 large ones) beets(3 medium) and black lentils (takes about 20 min) the beets and sweet potatoes can be boiled in the same pot, but lentils in a separate pot. Cook about 2 cups of lentils with 3 1/2 cups of water with a tad bit of oil. Let that boil while you chop the rest of your veggies. . . After everything has been boiled, rinse lentils, chop your beets and sweet potatoes into bite size pieces. Add all “The Works” ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Let that sit as you make your dressing. Turmeric Bliss Dressing Just mix everything in a bowl with a fork or whisk. . . Wraps Using a pot, boil some water and lightly blanch your wraps (about 20-25 sec) chard and collard greens have a hard stem that you way to shorten or take out. I left it in. Enjoy these wraps with the dipping dressing and it’s to live for. An easier way to eat this is just mix everything together, dressing, the filling and the chop greens and mix into a large bowl.

When it comes to salads I‘m that guy that’s always eating a kale salad lol check out my recipe below. On the other hand, I’ve been in a relationship for over a year now and I never knew how love could change me. I’ve made decisions that I would have not made if I wasn’t in a relationship, but I still have no regrets. Relationships are about sacrifice but to still know when to be selfish. Being selfish isn’t a bad thing, you always need to take care of your own needs... even though we might want to please our partner we always have to be vocal on how we feel. Yesterday was #worldmentalhealthday and I have to remember that everyday is mental health day. I didn’t want this rant to go further, so this is it lol. Enjoy the reminder and the recipe below. 😜 . . Salad 2-3 cups of chopped kale 2-3 large chopped boiled beets 2 chopped tomatoes 1 large chopped cucumber 1 cup of cooked chickpeas (rinsed and strained) 1 cup of shredded carrots 1 large avocado (cut) Dressing 1 tsp of mustard 1 tbsp of almond butter 2-3 tsp of maple syrup 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar 2-3 tbsp of lime juice 1 tsp of salt . . Directions First rinse all your produce, chopp according (bite size pieces). Make sure the kale is finely chopped and then add to a large bowl. Then add all dressing ingredients and thoroughly massage kale until it softens. Then add and mix all other ingredients and voila. This serves about 4 servings. May last up to 3 days in the fridge. Enjoy.

Directions First rinse all your produce, chopp according (bite size pieces). Make sure the kale is finely chopped and then add to a large bowl. This vegan Margherita pizza is giving me all the cravings. Ever since I came back from Italy I told myself that u least once a month I gotta have some pizza! Also, if you need a similar recipe check my website and type in pizza in the search box. 😜 Haha photo taken for @byrawpixel ❤️

Who wants no pigs in a blanket? haha! These were made to be super simple by using @fieldroast Italian Sausages and any pastry crescent rolls product. I've been trying to create recipes that are approachable and also had the opportunity to collaborate with an amazing company like #FieldRoast. This recipe is really simple and the perfect bite-sized snack for tailgating, just roll the sausages with the crescent rolls and bake them according to the package directions. Voila! Use any dipping sauce like mustard, ketchup or even a chipotle aioli. #sausages #vegan #ad #snacks

Looking for a refreshing drink? What I got you here is a chia refreshment infused with hibiscus tea and topped with @zevia Black Cherry Soda and lime. The reason I like using this soda is because its sugar free and still satisfies those cravings when you want something bubbly. Check out the simple recipe below. . . Recipe 4-6 leaves of hibiscus 1 1/2 cups of water 3 tbsp of chia seeds 1 @zevia Black Cherry Soda half a lime . . Directions Boil some water with the hibiscus leaves (after its boiled the measurement is about 1 cup of hot water) Let it cool or put the liquid in the freeze for 30 min. Then add the chia seeds and mix well with the hibiscus drink. Let this sit for 1 hour or over night. The day after or when the chia seeds become viscousy its ready. Then squeeze lime juice and add your favourite @zevia soda and I used Black Cherry Soda.
