When we packed out stuff and cleaned the desk three months ago to start #workfromhome, little did we know that we will leave the office this long. Little did we know about the deep-seated meaning of office, about how much we will miss the purpose, routine, structure, colleagues and the familiar habits. Now, seeing how people greet each other through their masks and unable to be as carefree as we used to be surely make us miss the old environment. There is so much to learn to adapt and to form new habits. With the supportive system, we’re excited to embrace the new habits. #returntowork #banggakerjadiDanone #workfromheart #lifeatdanone

Happy Monday! Are you still working from home, already working at the office, or are you still looking for job opportunities? Whatever it is, we can all agree that this transition from social-distancing to new normal can be daunting. While you are fed up with being cooped up at home, you have your doubt in enacting the new lifestyle. This feeling creates an unbalanced state of mind and can impact other aspects of our lives. So, why does it happen and how do we overcome it? Adjie Santosoputro, mindfulness and emotional healing practitioner, said in an online webinar that anxiety stems from one's internal condition. He said that people won't relieve their anxiety if they think that their surroundings are what make them anxious. With that being said, we can conclude that the way to balance our mental state is through practicing “mindfulness”. We have summed up some tips on how to achieve your mindful state. Swipe for more. #DanoneCareerTips #lifeatdanone #mindfulness Sources: www.forbes.com www.uniting.org www.educare.co.id

New normal has officially begun. Some workers have returned to office while still practicing social-distancing. While they feel energized by the prospect of going outside and no longer cooped up at home, there is also a lingering worry about the uncertain and uncontrollable condition outside. Danone got this covered. In our recent catch-up session, Ibu Corine Tap (@tapcorine ) explained the business transformation Danone has made to adjust to the new ways of working in and what support it has given to Danoners. Not only through conversations to help them get mentally-prepared, Danone also has equipped Danoners with the so-called ‘new normal kit’ such as reusable masks and hand sanitizers. This thoughtful gesture helps Danoners a lot to ensure their protection and hygiene everywhere they go, especially the ones who work in the field. #workfromheart #banggakerjadidanone #meetourleader

As people across the globe grapple with the novel coronavirus pandemic, the #WorldPopulationDay this year focuses on multiple challenges: health, economic, and social. The COVID-19 crisis has not spared any country, rich or poor. While COVID-19 is dominating headlines, another kind of emergency is threatening the lives of millions of people around the world—food insecurity. The two are very much intertwined. By the end of 2020, authorities estimate that approximately 265 million people could be on the brink of starvation globally, almost double the current rate of crisis-level food insecurity. Businesses can contribute to solving these challenges, help eradicating hunger and improving sustainable food and agriculture system. Let’s rise against the pandemic.

Hi, how have your week been? Are you adjusting to the new ways of working well? Let’s start supporting ourselves and others by asking their wellbeing. That was what our leaders, Ibu @tapcorine and Connie Ang, did in our latest catch up session. Aside from that, they encourage us to be ready, committed, disciplined, and respectful towards the health protocol. When we feel anxious, we can remind ourselves that by being confident yet mindful in our work, we are protecting our business, and more importantly, ourselves and our family. #meetourleader #workfromheart #banggakerjadidanone

Business keeps going, but so does the pandemic. Surely, everyone wants the first one to go up and the latter to go down, if not go away altogether. So, how do we work with COVID-19 if we want to keep the business running while keeping everyone safe? It’s time to shift gears. It’s time to map out the possible scenario. The key to be well-prepared in the new normal is by always making a short term plan and have a vision. Strategizing for plan A-Z can help us adjust to the (in many cases) unexpected scenarios. Yet, we should not panic and rush things. Take this pandemic as a silver lining, an opportunity to put things to perspective. In our recent catch up session, Ibu Connie Ang explained that leaders should step up more than they already have during this time. “Today I might have to follow, tomorrow I might have to lead”. One important perspective out of this pandemic is the future of business, which will rely more on being data-driven and agile. Those who can survive are those who can adjust quickly. So, let’s stay strong and build our resilience to work with covid together. #meetourleader #workfromheart #banggakerjadidanone

Covid-19 has hit people’s livelihood so bad including our partners, canteen ladies, who have been supporting us in spreading awareness of the importance of healthy and balance nutrition for children. In response to this situation, also as an extension of our company’s mission “bringing health through food to as many people as possible”, Danone SN Indonesia, Danone Ecosystem Fund and Foodbank of Indonesia have committed to provide emergency support to 234 canteen ladies in Ambon, Bandung, Bogor and Jogjakarta. Through this support, we wish to rebuild Ibu Kantin‘s confidence that they can sustain their basic needs. Let’s rise against the pandemic together.

Business transformation is a must for a company to thrive in the new normal. The key to a successful business transformation is in the hands of not only the leader, but the whole team. This is why in our latest catch up session, Ibu @tapcorine shared about what Danoners are going to face and what they need to do in terms of our new ways of working. She also shared the importance of being resilient and flexible. “The key ingredients are adopting quickly and executing well and fast.” #meetourleader #banggakerjadidanone #workfromheart #lifeatdanone

We have talked so much about how pandemic affects the elders, the working generations, and even freshgrads. But have you considered how it affects children, whom we should protect the most? According to UNICEF, the pandemic is not only stressful for children, but also impacts their growth. As many parents suffer from job losses or income decrease, children bears the domino effect by getting less nutritional intake in their daily life. So how can we help them? As a company that holds up the vision “One Planet. One Health” we always commit to ensure everyone can get healthy food everyday. To support children to grow healthily during this pandemic, we collaborated with many stakeholders to produce nutritious food for them. Because when we take care of the children, we are taking care of their present and also their future.

Hi, how are you? Those words may be the most uttered word among colleagues who finally met again at their office after months of not seeing each other. Checking out your coworker’s wellbeing never hurt, because it shows support they might need. This is also how our leader, Connie Ang, shows support towards Danoners. During our latest catch up session with her, she shared her appreciation towards everyone’s effort to stay healthy and their mindfulness of the safety protocol Danone has reinforced for the new normal. She also encourages us to keep supporting each other while still maintaining physical-distancing. #meetourleader #workfromheart #banggakerjadidanone
